STUART O'LEARY

DIRECTOR & CONSULTING CADASTRAL SURVEYOR
Director Stuart O’Leary brings 15 years’ experience working in technical and leadership roles with both large and small business, enabling Define Group to provide quality service to commercial, government, mining and residential clients. 
Stuart holds a Bachelor of Surveying (B.Surv.), a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and is formally recognised as Registered Surveyor (QLD) with a Cadastral Endorsement and Consulting Endorsement. Stuart is also qualified and experienced in delivering to the Department of Transport and Main Roads survey standards.
 

Stuart holds the following surveying, mine planning and other qualifications:

  • Queensland Surface Extraction Generic Inducted (Standard 11).
  • Spatial Industries Business Association member
  • Toowoomba & Surat Basin Enterprise member
  • SBQ – Registered Surveyor with Cadastral and Consulting Endorsements
  • Department of Transport and Main Roads – Certified TMR 12D for Surveyors Pre-Design
  • Standard 11 – Surface Extraction Operations
  • Queensland Coal Mine Legislation Training
  • Construction Industry – General Safety Induction
  • Trimble Total Station & GNSS specialists
